Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% deposit will be required to complete your booking and reserve your preferred day, with the remainder of the
    balance due within 30 days of your booking being made.

  • Once a deposit is paid it is not refundable as cash,  only a store credit will be applied.

  • As we are independently owned, we unfortunately cannot transfer parties to other Lip Lab Locations.

  • Saturdays and Sundays incur a 10% surcharge (as you and your guests will have exclusive use of the store!).z
