Returns.

We DO NOT accept any returns once product has left our warehouse.

Due to the nature of the goods: Cosmetics, we are unable to accept returns for health and hygiene reasons.

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY!

No refunds for change of mind whatsoever.

We will replace or refund any item that is faulty or incorrect subject to availability.

Once the item has been returned to our warehouse it will be processed by our quality control department who will respond with a resolution as soon as possible.

The items must be in its original packaging and unused. We cannot process if the item is used.

The shipping cost is not covered until our quality control department assesses the product.

Please include your order number and why you are returning the item.

We will then provide you on how to proceed.

Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colours on our website, as screen monitors vary, we cannot guarantee colours to be exact.
